My earliest memory of being intrigued by the accommodation industry was the discovery (as a child) of a tiny bottle of complimentary shampoo in the bathroom of our budget motel while on a family holiday. I didn’t know it then, but that thrill would spawn a deep fascination with hotels and luxury stays, that would stay with me.
